Shipping Information

At Paola & Dark, we take great care in packaging your jewellery to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition. Each item is carefully placed in an organza bag, which is then securely bubble-wrapped. The wrapped item is placed in a delivery bag alongside a flat-packed Paola & Dark bag.

Our shipping options and associated costs are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (Second Class Signed For): £6.50 per item

  • Express Delivery (First Class Signed For): £9.00 per item

Please note:

  • Shipping and packaging fees are charged per item to ensure each piece of jewellery is adequately protected during transit.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your selected shipping option and location.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the following terms carefully:

  1. Returns:

    • A full refund will be issued if the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt and is in its original condition as dispatched.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at Paola@paolaanddark.com with your order details.

  2. Exchanges:

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, as most of our items are unique, one-off pieces.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  4. Condition of Returned Items:

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Paola & Dark reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
