Shipping Information
At Paola & Dark, we take great care in packaging your jewellery to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition. Each item is carefully placed in an organza bag, which is then securely bubble-wrapped. The wrapped item is placed in a delivery bag alongside a flat-packed Paola & Dark bag.
Our shipping options and associated costs are as follows:
Standard Delivery (Second Class Signed For): £6.50 per item
Express Delivery (First Class Signed For): £9.00 per item
Please note:
Shipping and packaging fees are charged per item to ensure each piece of jewellery is adequately protected during transit.
Delivery times may vary depending on your selected shipping option and location.

Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the following terms carefully:
Returns:
A full refund will be issued if the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt and is in its original condition as dispatched.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Paola@paolaanddark.com with your order details.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, as most of our items are unique, one-off pieces.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Paola & Dark reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
